Day by Day itineraries

Day 1: Bangkok Arrival

Morning

Upon arrival at Bangkok Airport, you will meet our guide at the meeting point. Have a private transfer with a guide from Bangkok Airport to your luxury hotel in Bangkok and do the check-in procedures. You can have free time at leisure after that.

NOTE: There is a supplement cost of US $15 for the guide if you need a pick-up from 22:00 - 06:00.

Day 2: Bangkok City temples - Grand palace - Thonburi Canal Tour

Morning

Have breakfast at your fancy hotel before taking a city tour with our friendly and knowledgeable tour guide:

Start the trip at Wat Traimit - home to the worlds biggest solid golden Buddha.

The next stop is the magnificent Grand Palace, another sprawling temple complex boasting some of the finest Thai-Buddhist architecture in the entire country.

Explore the vast grounds and numerous dazzling buildings, including the highly-revered Wat Phra Kaew, which has the Emerald Buddha statue dating back to the 14th Century.

A delicious lunch will be served before the tour in the afternoon

Afternoon

Meander through the quaint canals and take in the quieter side of life from the seat of a traditional long tail boat.

The last attraction we will visit is Wat Arun - the iconic temple towering 79 meters over the Chao Phraya River

NOTE: It is recommended to wear long pants, shoes that cover the heel, and shirts that cover the upper arm (no vests) to show respect to the Thai people.

Day 3: Historical Highlights of Ayutthaya

Morning

Today, you will discover the historical highlights of Ayutthaya by minivan and boat on this day trip to the ancient capital of Thailand.

Departing from Bangkok in the morning, we first reach Bang Pa-In Palace, boasting a mix of European, gothic, and Thai-Buddhist architecture.

You will hop back into the minivan and take a short trip to Wat Yai Chai Mongkol on the eastern banks of the Pa Sak River, which was built by King U-Thong

The next stop is Wat Phra Sri Sanphet, a temple that forbids monks to enter (due to its royal status), and then on to Wat Mahathat, a highly-sacred temple famous for its Lord Buddha relics and traditional style. What seems to be the most prominent landmark of the temple is the head of a sandstone Buddha image entwined in the roots of a Bodhi tree.

Enjoy a delectable and romantic lunch in a riverside restaurant with authentic Thai cuisine.

Afternoon

Cruise along the river to admire the vibrant city.

Our driver will take you back to the hotel in the late afternoon.

Day 4: Bangkok - Fly To Chiang Mai - Half-day City Tour

Morning

You will savor breakfast at your luxury hotel before being transferred to the airport for the flight to Chiang Mai.

Today's tour is to visit some of Chiang Mais oldest and most fascinating Buddhist sites:

Head to the majestic Wat Chedi Luang, meaning large temple in the old northern dialect.

Explore intricate carvings and stunning hand-painted murals inside the main temple building while taking in the serene, peaceful atmosphere.

The next destination is Wat Phra Singh - or Temple of the Lion Buddha - one of the best places to check out classic Lanna art and historical literature.

Make the way to Chiang Mais oldest temple, Wat Chiang Man - a magnificent structure that dates back to the 13th Century

The final destination will be Wat Suan Dok, which literally translates to flower garden temple, admiring the enormous 500-year-old Bronze Buddha here.

Back to the hotel to relax. You will stay overnight in your hotel in Chiang Mai.

Day 5: Chiang Mai - Half-day Doi Suthep Temple - Fly To Koh Samui

Morning

On 5th day, you will head halfway up Doi Suthep - the mountain that towers over the city of Chiang Mai - to find the highly-revered Wat Phra That Doi Suthep

The driver will drive up along the long and winding road to enjoy a surprisingly cooling of the surrounding air as you ascend.

Let's start walking up to the top to conquer the 300 steps, or swap two feet for a cable car instead and explore the central chedi adorned in golden flakes, renowned for its glittering facade under the mid-day sun.

Transfer to the airport to Koh Samui and take a rest for the rest of the day.

Day 6 - 8: Samui Island Free Day

Morning

Today is your free day to relax and explore Koh Samui on your own. There are some ideal choices for you to explore Koh Samui, a beautiful destination in Thailand well-known for its magnificent beaches with white sand and clear blue sky:

Discover Samui Island Half Day Tour: You will pass by the unique Grandfather's Grandmother's Rocks in Lamai Bay, which have been shaped over millions of years by wind and water from the sea to resemble male and female genitalia. Then pay a visit to a local temple here - Wat Khunaram.

Samui Coastline & Culture Half Day: On this tour, you can discover the special formation of Hin Ta and Hin Yai Rock, and admire the magnificent natural beauty of the Purple Waterfall, which can be called Na Muang 2 Waterfall.

Day 9: Koh Samui Departure

Morning

After breakfast at your elegant hotel, you have some free time to relax in the morning. Our driver will pick you up and transfer you to the airport for your flight.
