Start your Angkor Thom tour from the south. The Phimeanakas, the Royal Enclosure, the Elephants Terrace, and the Terrace of the Leper King are among the notable structures in the Bayon Temple. The Gate features enormous statues that symbolize the churning of an ocean of milk.

Head to the jungle Ta Prohm Temple, embraced by the roots of enormous fig trees and gigantic creepers. This temple was once used as a location to film the famous Hollywood film, Tomb Raider.

Satisfy your hunger at one of the many local restaurants in the Angkor Complex with some delicious Cambodian food!

Afternoon

Keep exploring Angkor Wat, the most well-known temple on the Angkor Plain. The masterpiece from the 12th century, whose characteristic five towers are depicted on the Cambodian flag, is regarded by art historians as the finest example of ancient Khmer art and architecture.

This temple's discovery day ends with the charismatic sunset scenery from the peak of Phnom Bakheng.

This 1.30 journey boat will take you to the Prek Toal floating village across the flooded forest and the great lake. Your guide will give you more information throughout the route on the lake's distinct hydrological system, habitat, flora, and wildlife. Snacks (fresh fruit, coffee, or tea) will be provided on the boat.

When getting to the floating village, you will tour the environmental teaching center and the water hyacinth craft shop, then have the chance to interact with the Saray women. Take a weaving class at Tonle (the water hyacinth handicraft cooperative) to make your travel souvenir!

Taste local dishes for lunch in the Community Restaurant
