Day 1: Hanoi Arrival


A guide will be there to greet you at Noi Bai Airport and assist you in getting to your hotel in the heart of the city.

Day 2: Hanoi Half-day City Tour - Night Train To Lao Cai

After a delightful meal in the morning at the hotel, tourists have free time to continue to explore Hanoi.

By 13:30, a tour guide will lead you on a Hanoi half-day city tour, which includes most of the popular tourist destinations in Hanoi:


The first site is the Temple of Literature, which is Vietnam's earliest university. Therefore, this place is a repository for cultural imprints spanning a thousand years of civilization. Due to this, students come to pray here wishing for good luck before each key exam.


You will then visit the One Pillar Pagoda, a unique Buddhist pagoda. The special thing about it is it was built on a single stone pillar emerging from a lotus pond that has both cultural and architectural significance.


The Mausoleum of President Ho Chi Minh - one of the symbols of Hanoi, cannot be missed. This place not only witnessed an important historical event of Vietnam but is now also a resting site of the most influential leader in Vietnamese history, Ho Chi Minh.


NOTE: You can only view the Ho Chi Minh Mausoleum from outside. The mausoleum is closed Mon and Fri & from Jun - Aug.


Discover the amazing Tran Quoc Pagoda, a Buddhist pagoda that has a unique architectural style and is significant both historically and religiously. From here, you also can see the amazing view of West Lake.


After touring all of the sights, take the tourists back to the hotel near the railway station to unwind before boarding the night train to Sapa.

When you are done taking a bath and packing, get ready to meet our tour guide at the hotel. Around 21:00, you will transfer to the Hanoi Train Station and take the overnight ride to Lao Cai in a shared sleeping space on the train.

Day 3: Lao Cai - Sapa - Lao Chai - Ta Van


Morning


You will arrive at the Lao Cai Train station around early morning, then take a shared bus to Sapa. You can request an early check-in with a surcharge.


The trekking expedition will begin at approximately 09:30. Begin your trip to Y Linh Ho Village, located by the Muong Hoa River.


You can go on to the Black Hmong Village of Lao Chai and Ta Van Village, which is home to the Zay people, to interact with them as well as learn how they live.


After exploring the village, you will head back to your hotel at Sapa to take a break.

Day 4: Sapa - Cat Cat - Sin Chai Village - Hanoi - Road transfer

Today, we hike about 3 kilometers south-west of Sapa to Cat Cat Village of the Black Hmong.


Then continue the trekking route to the breathtaking waterfall where you can immerse yourself in pure nature. There are also the remnants of a hydroelectric power station built by the French during the colonial era in Vietnam.


During the trip, have a picnic lunch beside the river.


Continue on a 3-km trekking tour to Sin Chai Village, located at the foot of Fansipan Mountain, to admire the mountain's breathtaking beauty.


Come back to the main road, where you get on the jeep to travel 3 km back to Sapa town.


Afternoon


You have a whole afternoon to pack your things. At a certain time, the limousine comes to pick you up for the transfer back to Hanoi.

Day 5 : Hanoi - Halong Bay - Overnight on Cruise


Morning


Enjoy a hearty breakfast at the hotel and ready to be picked up. Then you are transferred to Halong Bay, one of the seven natural wonders of the world.


After approximately 2.5 hours of transfer, you will do some check in procedures before getting on the cruise and be greeted by the crew staff on board


Typically, boarding starts at 12:00 noon. You will have a delicious lunch of seafood cooked on board while admiring the natural beauty of the harbor.


Afternoon


Take a break before taking part in a series of interesting sports on the bay. Cave exploring is a must-try experience at Halong. Besides, there is kayaking, or you can just do some basic beach activities such as swimming and relaxing on the sand.


Following the exhilarating afternoon, guests return to the boat to rest and eat dinner.


After a full-flavored supper on board, if you still have energy, some of the nightlife activities you might like to try include squid fishing, playing board games, watching movies, and heading to nightclubs.

Day 7: Hoi An - Tra Que Village - Cycling Tour

Following breakfast, head to the bicycle shop at 08:00 to pick up a bicycle for today's riding journey.


Tra Que Village is the first stop on our route. Travelers will assist farmers in preparing and fertilizing the land with seaweed from the nearby lake.


It is a chance to experience more authentic activities such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, picking greens, and gardening like a real farmer.

Day 9: Hoi An - Hue Road Transfer

Your today trip will start by getting on a sampan boat cruising across the Tien River. You can catch a glimpse of the tranquil atmosphere of local life here and enjoy the view of small old houses on the river bank.


The boat brings you to the local factory which shows the process of making traditional products such as coconut candy, rice paper, wine, etc., and have a chance to taste these specialties.


Continue going along the small village road, you head to the bee farm, where you can learn about beekeeping and enjoy a cup of honey tea.


After that, the tour guide will take you to Tan Phong Island - the world of tropical fruits. Here, you can take a 10-minute boat tour to go deeper into the mangrove forest and hear the traditional singing of Don ca tai tu at a local house.

Our first attraction in Hue is Thien Mu Pagoda, a Buddhist monument located on the banks of the lovely Perfume River and widely regarded as a must-see in Hue.


The second stop is the Imperial Citadel, Hue's must-go destination. This place witnesses a glorious era in Vietnams history. Visitors can view the dreamy and old landscapes while also learning about the history and architecture of the places where power once resounded.

There, you will witness the true busy ambiance of local life in the area. It is highly recommended to try some local fruits or Hu Tieu- traditional rice noodles of the Mekong Delta.


Following your exploration of the floating market, you'll continue your journey with a leisurely stroll around the village to appreciate the picturesque scenery and observe the daily activities of the locals.


Afterward, enjoy a lunch break and take some time to rest in Can Tho before making your way back to Ho Chi Minh City.
