Day 1: Bangkok Arrival


In the morning, guests will arrive at Suvarnabhumi International Airport in Bangkok, Thailand. You will be picked up by our guide. Then, everyone will be transferred straight to the hotel for check-in.

Day 2: Bangkok - Temples - Grand Palace - Dinner Cruise

The second day begins with breakfast at the hotel.


Todays schedule is still open for guests to enjoy the city on their own.


Afternoon

In the afternoon, we will kick off the journey by picking up at the hotel and heading to Wat Traimit (Golden Buddha Temple) - a revered Buddhist temple located in the bustling heart of Bangkok, Thailand.


Next destination is Wat Pho, officially known as Wat Phra Chetuphon, is a renowned Buddhist temple situated in the heart of Bangkok, Thailand. This temple is one of the city's oldest and largest, with a history that spans several centuries.


The temple is most famous for housing the impressive Reclining Buddha, one of the largest Buddha images in Thailand. The statue is 46 meters long and 15 meters high, adorned with gold leaf and featuring intricate mother-of-pearl inlays on the feet.


We conclude the tour at two most iconic and culturally significant landmarks in Bangkok, Thailand - The Royal Grand Palace and Wat Phra Kaew.


Evening

For evening activities, we have a Chao Phraya river cruise trip. Setting off Si Phraya Express Boat Pier, we will have a river tour with a special Thai dinner served on board.


While cruising, we will also have a chance to sightsee from afar the Grand Palace and Wat Arun. In the background, traditional Thai music and dances are performed by local artists.

Day 3: Bangkok street food tour

In the morning, we have breakfast at the hotel.

Then, you can wander around the city or rest at a hotel till evening.


Evening

Around 19:00, guests gather at the meeting point to embark on a captivating culinary adventure through the vibrant streets of Bangkok.

The journey kicks off with an exhilarating Tuk Tuk ride, introducing you to the delectable world of Thai street food.


First off, we sample the flavors of papaya salad and grilled meals at the bustling market on Phetchaburi Soi 10, followed by a visit to the Saphan Khao Market for a taste of fresh local fruits.


Along the charming Phra Athit Road, we immerse ourselves in the diverse and mouthwatering local offerings through authentic Thai cuisine.


Then, the group would take a brief pause from the culinary delights to explore the serene beauty of Wat Pho after dark.


Our night food tour continues with a visit to the Eagle Nest Bar at Sala Arun Hotel, where refreshing cocktails are complemented by splendid views of the Chao Phraya River and the twinkling cityscape.


Last but not least, the delicious journey concludes at Thailands largest flower market - Pak Khlong Talat, which you can enjoy only at night. For the adventurous, the market offers the opportunity to indulge in crispy deep-fried insects, adding a daring twist to this flavorful nocturnal experience.

Day 4: Bangkok fly to Chiang Mai

Guests have breakfast before checking out of a hotel in Bangkok, get ready for a flight to another city, the city is called Rose of the North - Chiang Mai.


Afternoon & Evening

Upon our arrival, we will head to your accommodation in Chiang Mai.


To cap off the day full of moving, you will have the rest of the day for relaxing.


However, you can have an exploration on your own if you want to.

Day 5: Chiang Mai cooking class


Morning

This morning starts late so you have plenty of time to enjoy breakfast at the new hotel.


Around 09:15 to 09:50, there would be drivers coming to your hotel to pick everyone up and go to Chiang Mai Thai Cookery School at Doi Saket. That is where we have a cooking class together. Guests will get so much more knowledge about various types of soup and other local vegetables.

Another free afternoon offers ideal moments for either taking a break in the cozy hotel or wandering the surrounding area and doing some shopping since this is your last day staying in Chiang Mai already.

Day 6: Chiang Mai - Local Handicraft Village - Fly to Hanoi


Morning

After having breakfast, we will process to check out the hotel beforehand.


We would meet the drivers again at roughly 08:30 to visit the final destination in Thailand which is San Kamphaeng District, the heart of the handicraft industry in the city.


Then, we have to bid farewell to Chiang Mai and Thailand to fly to Hanoi, Vietnam.


Afternoon & Evening

As scheduled, we will embark on Noi Bai International Airport in the afternoon. This marks the beginning of your journey to Hanoi.


After arriving at the airport, you will be picked up and transferred to your hotel. The check-in process at the hotel involves providing necessary information, receiving room keys, and settling into your accommodation.


Once you've checked in, you have some free time to explore Hanoi. This could include various activities such as sightseeing, trying local cuisine, shopping, or simply getting a feel for the city.

Day 7: Hanoi Cyclo Tour - Water Puppet Show


Morning

Start your day with a hearty breakfast, and then venture out to explore the Hanoi Old Quarter. The Old Quarter is known for its narrow streets, historic architecture, and vibrant atmosphere. It's a great place to experience local culture, shop for souvenirs, and try street food.


Afternoon & Evening

Around 16:00, you should get ready to be picked up from your hotel in Hanoi and take a cyclo ride around the trading area in Hanoi Old Quarter.


A cyclo is a three-wheeled bicycle taxi, a popular and traditional mode of transportation in Vietnam. Riding a cyclo is definitely the best way to leisurely explore the trading area of the Hanoi Old Quarter.


Highlight of the day is the Water Puppet Show at Thang Long theater. Water Puppet is a traditional Vietnamese art form with a history of over 800 years. It involves puppets performing on water, accompanied by live traditional music.


Conclude your day with a delicious dinner at a local restaurant where you have a chance to try diverse dishes from Vietnam.

Day 8: Hanoi street food tour

Start your day with breakfast at the hotel, and then take the morning to explore Hanoi at your own pace.

Guests are appointed to show up at the meeting point at 17:30. Then we start Walkie Foodie Night with our Hanoi Street Food Tour.


This tour is designed to introduce you to all stages of Vietnamese flavors. A culinary adventure through popular dishes like Pho Bo (Vietnamese Beef Noodle), Banh Mi (Vietnamese Baguette) to lesser-known Banh Cuon (Steamed rice rolls), etc. and lastly unique Ca Phe Trung (Egg Coffee).

Day 9: Hanoi - Flight to Danang, Hoi An


Morning

Begin your day with a relaxing breakfast at your hotel. Afterward, complete the check-out process to prepare for your departure.


After checking out, you have some leisure time to explore Hanoi or relax before your flight to Hoi An. This could include visiting local attractions, doing some last-minute shopping, or simply enjoying the ambiance of the city.

On arrival, you'll be transferred from the airport to your staying in the new location.


Upon finishing the check-in process at the Hoi An hotel, you have the rest of the afternoon and evening to spend at your leisure. You can use this time to relax, explore the city on your own, or plan any specific activities you're interested in.

Day 10: Hoi An Eco Tour


Morning

Treat yourself with a full breakfast as we have to prepare for an active and exciting morning.


You and our guide will have an appointment at 08:00 in front of your hotel. This mornings itinerary is packed with cycling adventures through the picturesque countryside and rivers surrounding Hoi An. This is an excellent way to experience the local landscape and get a taste of rural life.


After the cycling trip, board the Hoi An Eco-tour boat. The river cruise allows you to interact with local fishermen and learn more about their traditional practices. It's an immersive experience into the local culture.


Following the river cruise, enjoy a paddle boat trip in a traditional Vietnamese bamboo basket boat. This unique experience takes you through the waterways, surrounded by coconut palms, offering a serene and picturesque view of the landscape.


Conclude your morning activities with lunch at a local restaurant. Afterward, return to your hotel to relax and freshen up.

Day 11: Hoi An - Tra Que Vegetable Village


Morning

Following a delicious breakfast at the hotel, the guide will meet you at the hotel around 08:00.


A bicycle trip to Tra Que Village is the first activity. This village is known for its organic farming practices, providing a unique and immersive experience.


There, guests can engage in various gardening activities, such as raking the ground, sowing, watering greens, and picking greens. This hands-on experience allows you to connect with the local farming lifestyle.


Todays lunch is filled with local delicacies prepared by your host family. Specialties like "tam huu" spring rolls and "Banh xeo," a local pancake are definitely included.


Afternoon

Experience a traditional Vietnamese post-meal nap, a cultural practice, before learning how to harvest and wrap vegetables. This part of the day adds to the immersive farming experience.


We start to head back to Hoi An around 13:00. Mid-return, we will pay a visit to the Japanese tomb. Therefore, we will arrive at Hoi An around 14:00.


Evening

In the evening, you have the freedom to explore Hoi An at your own pace. Whether you want to stroll through the Old Quarter, visit local markets, or dine at a charming restaurant, the night is yours to enjoy.

Day 12: Hoi An, Danang - Flight to Ho Chi Minh City

In the morning, a hearty breakfast at your hotel is served. Following that, guests need to complete the check-out process.


After checking out, you have some leisure time. You can use this time to explore any last-minute attractions in Hoi An, do some shopping, or simply relax before heading to the airport.


Afternoon & Evening

After arriving in Ho Chi Minh City, you'll be transferred from the airport to your hotel. This ensures a smooth transition to your accommodation in the city.


The afternoon and evening time are left open. This time could be spent visiting popular landmarks, trying local cuisine, or taking a leisurely stroll through the vibrant streets of the city, you choose.

Day 13: Ho Chi Minh - Taste Of The Night


Afternoon

In the late afternoon, your guide will pick you up to start an exciting food tour by motorbike. The meeting time might be about 17:30.


The tour takes you to try Vietnamese noodles, pancakes, and other dishes outside of typical tourist destinations. Visiting real local vendors provides an authentic culinary experience, and your guide can share insights into the history and significance of each dish.


Traditional Street BBQ in Vietnamese style is also a must-try experience. This is an opportunity to savor grilled delicacies and enjoy the lively street food culture.


At the end of the tour, indulge in some Vietnamese sweet desserts to conclude your culinary adventure on a sweet note.


After a night filled with delicious food and cultural exploration, you will return to your hotel around 22:00.

Day 14: Ho Chi Minh - Mekong Delta

Start your day with breakfast and then board a bus at around 08:00 for the journey to Cai Be.


En route to Cai Be, we make a stop at a chocolate factory to discover the fascinating process of making chocolate from bean to bar. This adds an educational and enjoyable element to your trip.


When arriving at Cai Be, we will change transportation to a small sampan, and visit the famous Cai Be floating market.


Next, further exploration happens at Tan Phong Island. There is a beekeeping farm and a flower garden. Engage in the process of making jackfruit cake with local people. This hands-on experience adds a cultural touch to your journey.


Later in the day, immerse yourself in the traditional folk music of the South of Vietnam, known as "Tai Tu music." This cultural experience allows you to appreciate the rich musical heritage of the region.


Lunchtime, we return to the boat and shift to the local restaurant on Tan Phong Island for meals and relaxing time:


Afternoon & Night

Around 15:00, Back to Hiep Duc dock by ferry and then transfer back to Ho Chi Minh by mini car.


Conclude your day trip by taking a ferry back to Hiep Duc dock and then transferring back to Ho Chi Minh City by mini car.

Day 15: Ho Chi Minh City Departure
